Bill has been an effective contributor to businesses of all sizes in problem identification and solution design, implementing solutions for positive change, budget generation and management, creating buy-in at all levels of the organization, detail orientation and analysis, trend anticipation and as a certified personal coach.

Bill’s interests “outside the office” are as varied as his experience in it. Alpine skiing, golf, running, tennis and biking are counted among his recreational activities. He and his wife Portia also enjoy theater, performing and enjoying music, wine tasting, festivals and growing their faith.

Kit Weston earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a graduate minor in Psychology. She is a collaborative performer with skills in project management, needs analysis, process design and improvement, change management, and risk/compliance management. She is experienced in instructional design, online reference design/development, and information design. She enjoys resolving issues in areas where human and business processes overlap.
Kit worked as a engineer/analyst during the first part of her career and then became a manager in a technical support center. She went on to lead an innovative and highly successful team of professional curriculum developers managing numerous training development projects for a national audience. Most recently, she has been designing risk/compliant processes for the development of custom curriculum for over 80,000 employees.
Jon Anson

Jon Anson has a wide range of project management, engineering management, procurement, quality control, manufacturing, failure analysis and design engineering during 28+ years at Hewlett Packard. During that time he worked on computer disk drives, disk drive arrays, and printers. After retiring from HP, he worked for about 3 years with Weyerhaeuser doing project management, international procurement engineering and product development for new product introductions.
Currently Jon has his own small consulting firm working with wind turbines, energy auditing of homes and businesses, and assisting small manufacturing firms with software, product design and procurement issues.
Jon graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University in 1977. Jon has a wide range of hobbies that include raising Arabian horses, National Ski Patrol, snow and water skiing, and unlimited airplane racing.

Ron has experience in electronic alarms, HVAC, computer equipment repair, power generators, power plant operations and back-up power systems Ron is also a trained locksmith.
Ron has worked with many different types of computers systems including Windows, Apple, Visual Basic, and HTML.
Over the last 26 years Ron wide range of schooling and training from the U.S. Air Force, a degree in Computer Service Technology from Boise State University, and a General Studies Degree from Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Leanne Downs earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from US News & World Reports Top 25 School, George Fox University. She is a collaborative performer with skills in project management, needs analysis, and compliance management. Certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Leanne is experienced in process design and improvement, as well as change management. Her strong business acumen is valuable in many Organizational settings.
Leanne has an extensive career history in medical imaging, having worked as an imaging professional in routine, emergency, and operative diagnostic imaging, as well as mammography, bone densitometry, and finally, cardiac catheterization and intervention. Often finding herself in Leadership roles throughout her Clinical career led her to her more recent career including Operations Management and Business Consulting.
Leanne’s interests outside the office include music, theatre, coaching and refereeing youth soccer (she is a USSF certified referee and holds a “D” License in coaching), as well as her wonderful husband and 4 children.
