Kit Weston earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a graduate minor in Psychology.  She is a collaborative performer with skills in project management, needs analysis, process design and improvement, change management, and risk/compliance management. She is experienced in instructional design, online reference design/development, and information design.  She enjoys resolving issues in areas where human and business processes overlap.

Kit worked as a engineer/analyst during the first part of her career and then became a manager in a technical support center.  She went on to lead an innovative and highly successful team of professional curriculum developers managing numerous training development projects for a national audience. Most recently, she has been designing risk/compliant processes for the development of custom curriculum for over 80,000 employees.

·       Software engineer/analyst and quality engineer at Hewlett Packard, 1988–2000

·       Managed product support team (and liaison to outsourced teams) assisting customers with technical issues related to HP products, 2000–2002

·       Staffed and managed a professional team of developers designing both classroom delivery and online training materials for all Citi Bank collections agents in the United States, 2002–2006

·       Defined and implemented audit-compliant business processes for all curriculum developers developing custom training for more than 80,000 employees in all Citi Bank customer service centers in the United States and Canada, 2006-2007
